I have been a customer of Sportsman guide for a number of years. in all of that time I have only had to return 1 item that didn't work as it should. The items they sell are great, the prices are in the ballpark with other sellers and their customer service is outstanding (base on my one and only dealing with them) I highly recommend shopping here and I will continue do do so myself. I had an issue with an order that was placed and was not sent the correct item. Through combined efforts to resolve this incident, I feel that SG has been able to come through and continue getting my business, especially when I got to the point of cancelling my membership and no longer ordering from them after 10+ years as a Customer.
